Meeting notes that never leave your iPhone.
Fieldnote records a meeting, transcribes it, works out who spoke and writes the notes, all on the phone. No account, no server, no cloud model.
On the phone
What stays on your phone
- Audio, transcripts, speakers and notes. Nothing is uploaded, and there's no account to upload to.
- Every model runs on the phone: Apple's on-device models, or ones you download yourself.
- No analytics, no ads, no tracking. The app has no code that sends anything home, and its tests check that it stays that way.
- Meeting content leaves only when you share it, or when you turn on Siri reading your notes. Read the privacy policy.
Record from anywhere
Start from the app, the Action button, Control Centre or Siri. A Live Activity shows the recording on the Lock Screen, and audio is saved as it goes, so a crash loses seconds, not the meeting.
Know who said what
Speakers are identified on the phone, line by line. Fieldnote picks up names from introductions like "Hi, I'm Priya", and you can rename anyone.
Notes you can check
An overview, topics, action items by owner, decisions and open questions. Every point links to the lines it came from; tap one to hear that moment.
Bring your own recordings
Import from Voice Memos, a dictaphone or a meeting service. Export as Markdown, text, PDF or subtitles, and send tasks to Reminders.
Choose your models
Apple's built-in speech and language models work out of the box. Optional downloads, such as NVIDIA's Parakeet and MiniCPM5, trade storage for accuracy.
